Gala-Abend im Schwarzen Löwen Altdorf

Ein besonderer Zauberklang-Abend in der frühen Adventszeit: Wir beginnen mit einem Apéro und erleben danach Hans Christian Andersens unsterbliches Märchen Der Kaiser und die Nachtigall in einer intimen Fassung mit der grossen deutschen Schauspielerin Nina Hoss und Solo-Flötenmusik von Marina Piccinini.

Die Flöte wird zur Stimme der Nachtigall, verletzlich, frei und wahrhaftig. So entsteht ein berührender Abend über Natur und Liebe, über Macht und Vergänglichkeit, und über die leise Kraft dessen, was echt ist.

Diese besondere Zusammenarbeit wird auch im Wiener Konzerthaus aufgeführt. In Altdorf aber ist sie ganz nah zu erleben, persönlich und unmittelbar, im stimmungsvollen Rahmen des Schwarzen Löwen.

Im Anschluss geniessen wir ein festliches Dinner aus der Küche von Sören Wirth und seinem Team.

Dieser Abend ist anders als unsere regulären Zauberklang-Konzerte: Er ist nicht kostenlos, und die Platzzahl ist wegen des besonderen Formats sehr begrenzt. Reservation nur per E-Mail. Die Teilnahme ist nach Bestätigung und Bezahlung verbindlich.

Gala Evening at the Schwarzer Löwen Altdorf

A very special Zauberklang evening for the early Advent season: we begin with an apéro, followed by an intimate presentation of Hans Christian Andersen’s immortal fairy tale The Emperor and the Nightingale, read by the great German actress Nina Hoss, with solo flute music performed by Marina Piccinini.

The flute becomes the voice of the nightingale, vulnerable, free, and true. What emerges is a deeply moving evening about nature and love, about power and mortality, and about the quiet strength of what is real.

This special collaboration will also be presented at the Vienna Konzerthaus. In Altdorf, however, audiences will experience it up close, in the warm and personal atmosphere of the Schwarzer Löwen.

After the performance, guests are invited to continue the evening with a festive dinner from the kitchen of Sören Wirth and his team.

Unlike our regular Zauberklang concerts, this gala evening is not free of charge, and seating is very limited due to the nature of the event and the space itself. Reservations are by email only. Places are confirmed after payment.
